I understand the request but
8 Tl's for Data plus one for phone is all Century Link and Time Warner can provision for at this time,
this will be delivered from Sandia Crest.
The service provision forwarded from both Century Link and Time Warner is for a 36 month contract
If you wish for more bandwidth, then as stated in Bryan's e mail Century Link would need to build out fiber and
conduit on Sandia Crest.
This would be at some considerable cost and time to you
If Fiber is run past the ranch, your build out cost will be much less and service provision would increase
dramatically
My last conversation with Southwestern Wireless regarding bid, they indicated it will now be forwarded Friday.
I'm trying to get best bang for buck, not some fly by night solution
I have included Bryan's contact information if anyone wishes to verify info
I have attached service provisions from both Century Link and Time Warner for reference

attached e mail from Bryan Deshayes, Century Link
the e mail outlines current options from Century Link regarding delivery of service to Zorro Ranch.
please note Option Three

I do you wish to wait a few weeks for confirmation of fiber delivery, or proceed with bundled 8 x TI's from
Sandia Crest
If you wish to upgrade services right now, Ti's and Sandia Crest is your only option
from conversations with others, there is a very high chance that fiber will be delivered to D mark
in the interim, the installation of the new phone system could possibly proceed, i will confirm this by
tomorrow.
my advice, would be to wait, but proceed with infrastructure estimates based on fiber delivery instead of
Tl's.
for your consideration

To: Brice Gordon
Brice,
These are our current options:
1.
I can provide 8 Tls with PRI at AHN-75 Sandia Crst, NM within an estimated 2 month timeframe.
This would not require special build out or cost from the customer. Anything more, such as a DS3, must be
a fiber build which will take at least 120 days as well as conduit and fiber build out costs.
2. We provide fiber up to the pedestal at entrance of Zorro Ranch. This could provide up to Gig speeds,
but would require a $180,000 build out cost from the customer. If the customer is willing to spend —$2500
for a 60 month term, CenturyLink is willing to provide a 6 month credit on the service end.
3. We have potential fiber DSL being placed within 4-6 months in that area. In July, we will know if Zorro
Ranch will be a site the DSL will be extended to. This is not a guarantee, but is an option that would not
involve the large $180k build out cost as previously mentioned.
These are our only options right now. I suggest waiting until July to see if we could get fiber DSL as part of
a budget for the upcoming projects in your area. Again, there is no guarantee that this will happen, and your
site would have to consider option one or two. Please let me know if you have any questions.
