As you will see-very large gains have been realized during the April/May period on the heels of the sizeable realizations in O1. I would expect 2Q dividend to be large-but this won't be paid at the very end of August. Whether using safe harbor or otherwise, Tom comes to the same suggested est tax payment I mentioned earlier. Normally, gains tend to be more back end loaded on the calendar-the magnitude in 2Q certainly caught me be surprise.
