We are researching some other options. There are 5 or 6 companies in the US that make pre-cut wooden "dome home" kits. Daphne is contacting them to see if any of them would be able to help us with this. Most of the wooden domes I have looked at online are not perfectly smooth. They are constructed with a series of triangles. So to get the look you want we will still need to fiberglass or mortar over the surface.
