I am happy to explain any details , you can take some comfort that this agreeement is the same approved by paul weiss and alan halperin for another client , but i added a provision that returns your fee if i die , as this is really personal to me and you. I am leaving tomororw and have to decide on taking on either you or another difficult situation. but, I can't do both. so if you want to move forward you will have to make a decision today , if not I will return all redacted documents to you asap ,as you already know I only wish you well.
