I met with Fiona Williams this morning. She was very pleasant and seemed to be very knowledgeable.
I explained the work scope to her that you were looking for a higher level of service at 71st street. Fiona would
like to spend two days to walk thru the property and spend time speaking with Lynn, Jojo, Tess and Rich Barnett
to understand their roles. It thought it may also be helpful for her to speak with some of your assistants: Sue,
Jen, ME and Lesley to understand their roles and responsibilities in the house.
Fiona thought it would take her two full days in the house which will include a written report of her findings and
recommendations. Her cost is $1600 per day / $3,200 for two days work and report.
I need to check if a 25% placement fee to Frank at the Butler School would be applicable on consulting work.
I would have her sign a confidentialty agreement if you choose to proceed with this job.
Fiona was able to rearrange her schedule and can work this Thursday and Friday and prepare her report over the
weekend for delivery on Monday.
Please advise.
