I will contact them and ask them to do so - would you want to be on site when they come out? Jimmy is concerned that any imperfections in the aluminum fabrication of the dome will be highlighted by the gold paint. He may want to discuss with you. Paul Ferraras, when he was on site 9/5/13 to review the gym road project mentioned that the Westin Resort on St. John has archways over their doors that have been in place for 20+ years and were constructed using a system of inflating a form and spraying fiberglass over it. Once the fiberglass compound cures/hardens, the "balloon" is deflated. I can follow up with him if you would like more information. Regarding the Plants, Purple grass - Chris has told Ken the number of units lost - I will follow up with Ken to see when he expects to deliver them Colorful/Fragrant plants - the emails/photos from Ken, Ingrid (PR nursery), Tina (FL nursery) and Bougainvillea, Inc. (FL) have all been printed out and given to Chris. Chris would like to discuss with you during this visit, if possible. Specifically regarding the Bougainvillea choices, Chris is choosing the ones he thinks will do well and that you may like, and I am to return the photos to Rosita, and explain why he wants particular choices. Chris already told me he does not want anything that is presently in the ground, all must be containerized. I have already passed on that directive to Rosita. Chris asked me last week to contact Bryan's Plants to see if they had any 5' Ficus Benjamina hedges to complete the hedge at the Head Statue. Claus said he did not, but he had a container being loaded. The container is being unloaded today, Claus asked me to call him tomorrow to confirm if the Ficus Benjamina came down. The price is $65 per unit.
