I can show the list I was prepared to speak with you about as well if you like, but when I am with you out of respect I try not to interrupt or intervene or appear to contradict you etc in front of other staff. Staff should not disagree with you in front of other staff. I beleive you will be best served at LSJ with two experienced people to help you manage this - one for the service and inside and overall high level of luxury you desire and one for the outside for maintenance, mechanical, landscaping etc. In the meantime I would like to fly in before you at least two days to this property and all others to inspect and begin getting all staff up to the way things I would like them to be for before your arrival. Since I have been here I have assisted with preparing 9 E ready for your most important guests, overseen the service and the behavior of others, personally assisted with the service and serve as your doorman, brought to your attention things that need to be addrssed to keep 9E at the highest level for you and am personally involved with some of the vendors for you, completed the manual for 9 E that is one we will build on, provided recommendatiosn for Zorro and a budget that is one we can build on for Zorro, am involved in almost all the major vendors for 9 E, Zorro and more for LSJ as well, sourcing other candidates for other positionsna dl ahve provided you with where there are issues with your overall operations as well as the goals I wish to achieve for you. To get the LSJ punch list up to where it should be, I will be calling daily to review with Daphne and Anna. My sense is that if it is not being updated as you wish then it probably because Anna is doing the work of two people.
