I specifically told Janet not to tell why she can no longer be with the private bank however Janet when questioned by said that JEE relationship has changed and JEE switched banking institutions then asked Janet if she could change the name on her account before it transfers it to retail branch and Janet said no When the call ended asked to speak with me and again asked by she had to originally leave JPM and now is being pushed to a local retail branch I told her i did not know the details and she should speak with you directly.
