Hey Bossman,
I saw Danny in Home Depot a few minutes ago. He said that he's getting emails from DPNR/EPA about
Licenses. Danny is still trying to burn Brice but he's doing it the wrong way.
Danny said that he sent a voicemail to the phone number attached in the email
a surprise inspection visit at LSJ immediately

As mentioned in the previous email regarding NetDMR, there are occasional webinars and trainings held by
EPA regarding use of the NetDMR system, and another one is being held this week. Click on this link to go to
the list of trainings, specifically check those for the EPA HQ trainings here: https://netdmr.zendesk.comiticien-
us/articles/214226346-Training-Schedules
For those trainings, the following information regarding them is as follows: EPA Headquarters would like to
announce that there will be a webinar for NetDMR Permittees and Data Providers on Thursday, June 21, 2018,
at 1:00 pm Eastern time. This webinar is part of our quarterly training series and is intended for new NetDMR
users but current NetDMR users may benefit from this webinar as well. The webinar will cover topics such as
creating a new CDX account, requesting access to Permit IDs, entering DMR data, signing and submitting
DMR forms, and importing DMR data.
If you or anyone else in your office is interested in attending, please click the registration link below:
https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rd2801695653982927107
We look fonvard to having you there, and if anyone has any questions, please contact us at
NPDESeReporting®epa.goir.
If you have any questions feel free to email or call the TPDES staff as needed as well.

To All TPDES Permit Holders:
As noted in the previous email on March 8, 2018, the TPDES Permitting Program provided extended reprieve
from reporting requirements via NetDMR's website, as normally required by your TPDES Permit.
However, as of June I, 2018, all data that was otherwise due between September 6, 2017 and June I, 2018 is
now due (or overdue) with no exceptions.
As mentioned in the previous email as well, should you still be facing intemet issues, or simply issues with
your NetDMR account and navigating the site and submitting data, you may contact the TPDES staff as
needed for assistance.
One significant issue to note at this time: We are still getting written DMRs (either mailed or hand
delivered) to our office, and EPA indicates they are still getting mailed copies of DMRs. Do not send
anything via email or regular mail to either DPNR or EPA. It only wastes your time as only data
submitted to the NetDMR website through your authorized account will be accepted towards your
reporting obligations. There is no way for DPNR or EPA to accept data otherwise. If you haven't
created an account, or haven't submitted data to the site, your facility will automatically be put in
Significant Non-Compliance (SNC). If you are have having issues, again, call your local office or email
and we can assist with setting up your account and getting data submitted.
For online and EPA assistance, here are a number of resources available:
• Here are videos to assist with data submittal: https://netdmrzendesk.com/hc/en-
uthections/11.5001398123-Videos
• Here are guides to assist as well: https://netdmrzendesk com/hclen-us/categories/11.5000413.512-User-
Guides
• Additionally, I'm reattaching the guide (called NetDMR Permittee Training Intro) that provides
assistance with account creation as well as data submittal.
• I've also attached the main User Guide that provides extensive details on using NetDMR, as well as
help on the error codes you may get when submitting data in the Appendix D (page 124) that has eve?),
one listed out and the way to resolve each.
• Finally, here are EPA's scheduled training webinars, all free to sign up for and regularly scheduled, to
provide additional direct assistance: https://netdmrzendesk com/hc/en-us/articles/2 I4226346-Training-
Schedules
• Additionally, at the end of the pdfslideshow guide attached, a more detailed list of resources and
guides are available to assist with data submittal.
• Finally, for most issues that arise due to technical issues with the site, EPA's help desks are available as
follows:
There are two separate contact sets. One is for the CDX portion (the original account you create in the
main EPA database called Central Database EXchange (CDX)) and one for NetDMR specific issues. Here
are the two:
CDX Helpdesk:
Usually for all issues/errors within CDX and right before entering NetDMR site
EFTA00978022
CDX Help Desk Email: helpdesk@epactnet CDX Help Desk Phone: 888-890-19951(970) 494-5500 for

EPA (NPDES eReporting) Helpdesk:
Can deal with most issues with CDX and also after entering NetDMR, requesting access for permits,
submitting DMRs
EPA Helpdesk: 1-877-227-8965 (EPA Helpdesk staffed by Avanti Corporation)
Email: NPDESeReportinaspa.gov
The first would be contacted, for example, when you need to reset your password for the CDX account.
The second would be for submitting data or editing information, as well as resolving site errors and
submittal errors.

any issues you encountered or continue to encounter while trying to meet your sampling, monitoring and
reporting requirements. If you have any questions feel free to visit the DPNR offices or email myself or
