This is what it was going on for a long time -- Deborah having private conversations with Max (and charging us in the invoices), until I complaint to Gene about it a few days ago, that if they keep talking, and we pay for it, I want a report of their talks and copies of their numberless e-mail exchanges that we were completely unaware of what was being discussed by the two of them, without having any records coming to us. Of course, this won't stop them talking about us, but at least we don't have to pay for it.
