Based on this agreement, we will proceed to work to achieve TCO and rest of the work as best as we can. Of course the millwork for the speakeasy will take more time (will get updated schedule from the Millworker) but we will do everything we can to finish up everything in the next 2/3 weeks. There are some Change orders that need to be done for the TCO. We will proceed with those work after we get an approval from your end. So please discuss with Scott & Gary to get them approved for us to proceed. This is our last push and will do everything in our power to get you opened and operating.
