Following Up on my viewing and meeting Saturday with Larry, We had a pleasant discussion and viewing of
the aircraft under consideration. Below please note some of the subject matter of interest to myself for your
follow up and to continue discussion.
1) The overall condition of the aircraft was acceptable, however the interior would need a professional
detailing after acceptance, and the exterior will need to be thoroughly cleaned and be set for incorporation of
company logo and additions to the paint job currently presented. The aircraft was neat and clean - but not
showroom ready.
2) Larry had indicated that they had a substantial inventory of parts which I would appreciate a listing of,
which will further assist me in price listed to actual valuation of this aircraft. I was left with the indication
such parts would be provided as part of the sale. Please Confirm this.

3) I would appreciate Larry's input of "trip plan" from Florida, to London-UK, Berlin - GU, Venice -Italy,
Rome - Italy, Athens - Greece and return legs of Rome/London/ Florida. Specifically I am interested in trip
leg planning, and estimated fuel allowed total figures. (Passenger load would be based on around 20 PAX + 6
Crew "with second captain/mechanic"
4) Larry had indicated the FBO charter Ramp Space, which would need to be moved to FLL and current Fuel
Contracting, Insurance and a FAR-125 Certificate which he believed was transferrable with the plane, as was
the Maintenance program currently under for FAA compliances. Please confirm my understanding.
5) I was dually impressed with Larry, and am aware of his long association with both the plane and the
principal owner, but he mentioned he may have some interest coming with the aircraft as well as the director
of maintainance which I would appreciate you discretely confirming.
Based on the above information I have noted, I can confirm interest "at this stage" in this aircraft, and once I
have all the pieces of information at my disposal can make the call for purchase or not, at which time I will
order the Inspections, Validations, and aircraft status subject to the offer.
Larry was indeed a excellent owner presenter of this aircraft, and we thank him for his time and viewing.
I shall await the information above before proceeding, and appreciate your excellent service thus far.
