Certain areas such as North Waziristan will be dealt with on an "as & when" basis. Modalities will be conveyed verbally. This is a major break-through and should be kept strictly confidential. This aspect cannot be emphasized enough. The Pakistan Army will present it as their idea and the fact that this is not in response to anyone's request. More when we meet on 29 April in New York.
