From: BMG To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Dakota Well Date: Mon, 21 Apr 2014 23:32:10 +0000 Short term no to drilling But if you wish to develop permitted water rights, will probably need to drill This will all be outlined in water development plan Sent from my iPhone On Apr 22, 2014, at 10:51 AM, Jeffrey Epstein <jeevacation®gmail.com> wrote: no choice it seems , do we have to drill another well. this will be number 3" ? Dakota Well Rogers confirmed that about 500 feet of wire was removed, the remaining wire has become stuck, despite further attempts this could not be retrieved. None of the sounding tube was recovered. Rogers opinion is that any further effort to remove the stuck wire, pipe etc. would be futile and recommends no further action. Casey Cook concurs with their recommendation. 2. The Ranch requires, approx 25 afa per year for existing domestic, irrigation and ranch related use. The present infrastructure located at Wells 4, B & K is unable to deliver enough water to meet the needs of the Ranch. Well pump size, storage, distribution pumps and piping will all need to addressed to resolve this issue. 3. Well 6 which is located close to Dakota Well has been brought back online to supplement the loss of production from the Dakota Well. Estimated production levels from Well 6 is around 25 gpm. Casey Cook recommends having the Well cleaned and a pump test performed to confirm production levels I have concerns regarding sustainability of this Well, but at this time there is no choice but to run it. Requesting approval to move forward with budgetary estimates for your review: I: Expansion of the existing water distribution system to maximized, production levels and to meet existing demand from Wells, 4,6,B & K 2: Cleaning and pump test Well 6 3: Prepare a water distribution plan outlining present and possible future development of Wells/Water Distribution to perfect existing water rights. Can we proceed? regards Brice EFTA00988539 Brice Cordon 49 Zorro Ranch Rd Stanley, NM 87056 Ph: please note The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
