They were lifting the boat when the crane's cable snapped and the boat fell and the collar was impaled. That said they'll have this boat up and running well before weeks end. We are working on the agency to commit for the 17th. And we're getting air transportation information for where the best landing spots are. We should get have answers for you later today or tomorrow at the latest. More details to come.
