There are about 30 separate documents for the restructuring and about 20 for the decanting. I don't usually send you the legal documents for review as I assume you don't want to be in the weeds with me and Paul Weiss. The decanting documents are pretty straight forward but it occurs to me that perhaps you want to review the sale documents in connection with the LLC restructuring. I think they are fine and that you do not need to spend the time but wanted to at least offer. Please let me know.
