What is your support for the assertion that I asked for the private foundation memo? I asked Diane for copies for our files — she had indicated she/Withers had prepared the FTLOA memo back when Withers was asked to create FTLOA (mid 2013). All files and documents are saved in the Art folder on the network where you have shared access. The Withers memo's have a June 20 save date - the date DW sent to you and me the memos.
