She advised that Customs would still seek direction from the local authorities - Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs. To be proactive, I forwarded the letter to both Mr. Horace Graham (STX) and Ms. Knolah Thomas (STT) of Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, C forwarded to Director Biggs of DLCA. I followed up with a call to Mr. Graham, who is out today. I requested and located Ms. Thomas, who confirmed receipt, but was unable to print and review today. I asked her what, after review, would be the process for making the final determination on LSJE, LLC status. Ms. Thomas said she will need to contact DCLA's legal counsel for advisement.
