It uses the Oculus optics and some of the APIs developed by them. Field of view is about 90-110 degrees but the resolution is very nice. It is tied to the one Samsung device (a very nice phone). The first units that will be coming out are developer units, though they should be available to anyone that wants to purchase it. Of course our field of view is much larger and we will work with any 7 or 8 inch tablet for the first device. We are beginning to look at what it would take to support phones as well - a higher power lens will give us the same field of view we have now but work with a 5 inch phone. We also think we can do this with a single lens/eye which will simplify the design and lower the cost. David David A.
