From To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: Date: Fri, 28 Nov 2014 06:25:04 +0000 I ended up in the emergency room at Weill Cornell tonight. I am back home and warm and good in bed now. Manu came to bring me home. The doctor thought I had an allergic reaction to the mucinex DM but wanted to reach out to a toxicologist. The toxicologist said that even though I took the mucinex 6 hours later than my cymbalta (only 30 mg) she thinks it was an interaction between them causing serotonin syndrome. A couple of hours after I took the mucinex I started feeling dizzy, confused, anxious and disorientated, it kept getting worse and worse until I couldn't write straight or read. I decided to go to emergency. Even simple things like getting uber required so much attention for me to be able to do. Jen was on the phone with me while I went down to get the car. by the time I got in to the hospital it even required effort and attention to remember my name. The interesting thing is my lip swelled up, I had numbness in my hands, was sweating and it lasted a couple of hours and then subsided on its own. reminds me of your swellings. The dr said I need time, rest and fluids to get rid of my nasty cough. My little body is exhausted and I am going to go to sleep now. Happy to be better :) EFTA01001231
