He said he was sending an audit letter out. He did say he had a copy of the promissory note in his file which he had received earlier. (maybe you or Ada sent him a copy — I did not — this is first time hearing anything about this). He said he was sending me a copy of the audit letter ..and original going to Benjamin at 760. ...and he also said he "didn't know if this was going anywhere"....as he as a copy of the promissory note. I will forward to you as soon as it comes in... He didn't ask for anything else or state what the issue is.. or if there is an issue. (he couldn't say much ...I do not have P0A).
