I have made a few modifications to those terms, and my modified version is attached to this email. To summarize the changes, first, I changed the "Donor" from "Leon Black Family Foundation" to "Leon D. Black and/or Leon Black Family Foundation." Second, I changed the language in the third paragraph from: The Donor intends to give $2,000,000 to Harvard Medical School in two equal installments according to the schedule below: No Later Than Dollar Amount December 31, 2014 $1,000,000 December 31, 2015 $1,000,000 EFTA01003368 To: The Donor hereby irrevocably pledges and promises to pay $2,000,000 to Harvard Medical School in two equal installments according to the schedule below: No Later Than Dollar Amount December 31, 2014 $1,000,000 September 30, 2015 $1,000,000 Note that the changes to that paragraph are deleting the phrase "intends to give" and replacing it with "hereby irrevocably pledges and promises to pay" and changing the due date of the second $1MM payment from December 31, 2015 to September 30, 2015. Finally, I changed the signatory from "Leon D. Black MBA '75" to "Leon D. Black MBA '75, individually and as President of Leon Black Family Foundation" Jeffrey, please advise you are ok with using Harvard's terms as so modified by me.. Alternatively, I could make my form the operative document and incorporate some of the terms that are contained in the Document the director of development provided. Please let me know what you prefer. Jeffrey, I have also attached the description that the Director of Development provided regarding Church Labs. Is it ok for Rich to forward this to Eileen? Thanks.
