1. Can we officially accept the FMI/Roche tender at $137/share in cash?
2.1 bought $1MM of the Exela bonds at $102.875 (9.12% yield). Will work another $1MM at a $102.50.
3. SPY calls closed at $2.73. We paid $1.55. I am still holding them.
4. Nothing done yet on Interactive Corp. Will let you know when I buy.
