Moving forward on any items that are needed for building / renovations will be in a "Procurement Log". This log will contain the items, date of order, date of delivery, date needed onsite, and scheduled installation date. The procurement log and project schedule will work in sync with one another in order to make sure all our parts and pieces are here right when they need to be. I will be getting that started over the weekend. Please let me know if this is exactly what you are looking for.
