Noam received these two checks from Pershing. But in the checks is written "As per your request" from Carol Chomsky Non-exempt and Exempt Trusts, respectively (attached). The observation "As per your request" is misleading, because it seems Noam is requesting the amounts, therefore they would be coming from principal -- while they should refer to the mandatory income that Noam is entitled to receive.
