The only bank that we have a chance to open an account from the attached list is Banque SBA, if we would have an existing client of the bank that can recommend JE. They accept US citizens, but need a reference. All other banks don't have retail accounts, investment or trading banks. National Bank of Abu Dabi - doesn't accept US Citizens, only GCC citizens or Franch.
