I am going to suggest we start using ProCore, its how we manage high-rise construction in NYC with 400 men onsite daily. This will allow you to get daily manpower reports, daily photos of work finished, and what delays we had. It may make LSJ and GSJ projects run smoother and allow you to view in detail what is happening daily, weekly, and monthly.
