He Shut down the plane completely, and turned both battery's on,,, all was normal, Only a guess, since you recommended to look at the battery contacts, I'm guessing, the plane needed to energize or Pull a Battery relay closed, after the install of the New Battery Control Relay, Westfield is still going to come to Teterboro to review all what Pete troubleshot, to make sure we are good,.
