In the course of our reporting we have repeatedly been told about an incident in which the Staff Association referred to the World Bank board various claims, which were held to have a bearing on Dr Kim's conduct and his suitability for office. So far as we can ascertain, these interactions between the Staff Association and the board have not surfaced publicly.
