Harry's lawyer submitted something empty, which Vincent told us to ignore. Vincent submitted a response. That's what's to be discussed tomorrow with the mediator. On the table is Vincent's proposal, more or less along the lines you know, and a proposal from the lawyer (Berman) for Max's insurance company, conceding quite a lot, but there remains a gap between the financial compensation Berman proposes and what Vincent is proposing. Will let you know how it works out. Valeria thinks that the settlement should include providing the records (Vincent and I agree). Hope things are going well.
