The executive summary is to serve as a cover page to the excel document. I have spent the last few days getting into every inch of both properties along with interviewing staff on issues they have seen in addition to what I see. The excel document has a notes section where i included any important notes explaining the item. The bold lettered titles are "potential projects" that will be classified by importance and executed in that fashion. The cover page lays out the path projects will take in order to provide the best construction methods for ownership. Please let me know what you think of this and any feedback you have for me.
