All contract documents including agreements will be based on this. I have sent a copy to the attorney for Betteroads. I will be moving forward even if I do not hear from them in short order. In order to prepare for this phase of the project we will need some items in order; • All required documents from LSJE, such as confidentiality agreements, so that we can supply the personnel list of who will be accessing the project at LSJE. • Will LSJE be providing the concrete mix design to us? We will be doing regular testing of our pours. We do have quality control personnel to provide the mix design if that is necessary. • We will need a sample of the sub-base material at LSJE so that we can perform a sieve analysis and proctor test for compaction and grading. • Will contract documents be provided by LSJE or QV Construction? • Coordination and mobilization notice for getting the materials that QV Construction is responsible for; aggregate base, rebar, forming supplies, and equipment to LSJ.
