This proposal was based on the direction you gave at the white table to get GSJ Up and Running ASAP Jermaine has ordered the Switches GSJ, shipping to PSI. Part of this solution is LSJ doing new fiber pulls, hence the proposal for Fiber termination Regarding the tower situation, that will need to be a engineered solution, and will require time and your input before proposals are forwarded.
