Please find attached the answers for your questions as prepared by Tomer Toor, our lawyer, as well as an email you've already got on April 18 2018 describing modifications in the documents. to answer your questions (short version): (a) I think the modifications in the documents (SPA, SRA, AOA and updated Cap Table) reflect the agreed result of negotiations between SUM and Carbyne lawyers towards round B. and I"ve accepted them. (b) I did not see a reason for SUM to use our right to further invest in round B where the pre money valuation is about four times higher than our original entry. (c) In regard to the Warrants, It has to be exercised before March 29 2019. No reason to do it now. We still have about nine months before action.
