We are still going to resurface a portion of the upper road to satisfy Brice, but we can't do it until the Spring when the weather warms up. Per the payment terms we gave you, we have withheld 5% for project close-out ( $ 36,341.05 ) pending inspection and acceptance by Brice when the resurfacing is completed. As stated earlier, this will be done in the Spring and we respectfully request that our October billing be paid.
