In order to clear up their problem they are required to obtain a foreign court order which has been slow in coming. It has been very slow going and legal translations are required for all documents which further slows the process. He hopes they will get the court order before Christmas, but if not the holidays will further delay things. Anyway to make a short story long without giving you the details I would like to but cannot, he said he hopes the aircraft is there in EFTA01013864 January and that he would be ready to close by the 15th- He reiterated that he is definitely buying a G-IVSP and would like it to be 1085 because they know it is a good aircraft, and they are so far along in the process, and have tentatively found crew. He also understands if you do not want to wait and decide to sell it elsewhere. I wish things were moving quicker and I could tell you more. I am guessing that once the court order is issued, I may be allowed to provide further details.
