I will come out Friday and create a detailed punch list with Roland 2. A new tile man will be coming out tomorrow to work on correcting any of the rushed work 3. Mr. Epstein said that the grout color on the floor tile was not right. We will need more of the floor tile to complete these repairs. This floor tile is difficult to use in these small showers because the size makes it difficult to pitch the water to the drains. If a new tile is chosen JPK will remove the existing and replace with new at no cost to Mr Epstein. Please let us know which way to go with the floor tile - if you are going to send some more of the existing or weather you are going to chose another tile. 4. JPK will man a four person crew to finish the exterior coral stone tile repairs. The work can start on the 3rd of December and be finished by the 14th. Along with this T&M work JPK will have one mason work on the planter caps that are all broken up behind the pool area where the new palm trees were planted. This masonry repair will take one week and be completed by the 14th. 5. JPK will plaster to closed off door ways in the chillax room for $960. This work will start tomorrow. 6. the shower doors should arrive next week and will be installed by the 14th of December along with any trim and associated tile work in the 4 bath rooms. thank you EFTA01015153
