Hopefully you can now your understand why last year I felt it necessary to disengage from any further silly interactions with your Financial Dream Team , Ada Alan PW, S&C, E&Y and Wechsler After much prodding ( over two years ) to produce for you a true and accurate "fire drill" . They modified my slat idea and came up with their art clat. . Each one strongly arguing their ludicrous non- real world position. , presenting their 15 year projections on growth ,valuations ( making assumptions without authoritative input ) and sales timing. Im certain you recall , I said I was against it.. it was neither simple nor accurate After arguing with them the many real world complications raised with the art advisory panel ( dealers and museum curators meeting on fine arts only once a year.) I was told my concerns , were easily addressed and should be easily dismissed as each one of the geniuses had read the code sections and concluded and then espoused - there is " no worry at all about confidentiality , the valuations are done on a NO - NAMES basis." That was the final straw . ( i guess the panel would not be able to figure out who owned the "scream " .) However I do acknowledge that the dream team did send us the S&C, critique and response. Only yesterday while sitting with you ,did you tell me for the first time that they had not even informed you about the existence of the ART ADVISORY PANEL and its critical role in estates. ---- sorry, it is IMPOSSIBLE - . but - emblematic. maybe though, it will finally convince you to make a clean sweep . BTW some of your E and Y people are truly talented , seriously smart. but they are to be relied on as responders to- not generators of START FROM SCRATCH. get it right. STOP be cheap.
