I will forward the design to you guys, Brice sent it to me. GSJ Big Tiki- I am going off one picture at the moment for a big tiki area, no contractor can price this yet, or at least accurately. We have stakes out right now on the GSJ beach and Brice is preparing an email to the boss to get the location and detail. Off the picture he sent it appears he wants a 16' by 32' structure, this is a guess off the estimated size of the planks in the picture. I am planning on having the boss walk the beach Tuesday and make sure he wants that size and then I can move on pricing. Right now these are the reasons we cannot go out to bid yet, -Size -Foundation design (depends on size / Pier and beam or footings - also location on the beach - closer to water/ sandier = pier and beam is better) EFTA01020836 -Finished look desired - materials to be bid, (mainly type of lumber) we have to specify this or prices will be apples to oranges -Electrical and plumbing - Fans installed, sinks, outlets, lighting (contractor supplied and installed or Mike) Once we nail down the size and location I can run with it, but if we go for pricing now we will be crushed by change orders and delays.
