Spoke with Margot about Island. She hires, manages and fires for our scenes (3) . Choices:

John Peshut. Worked for us at farm, but didn't want a house with so many kids (ours is chaotic). Gay, would be
able to manage everything. Anticipates well and can make decisions. Very detailed oriented. Currently lives in
Wisconsin., no idea if he would do it.
2.
Just missed a lady who has a reputation for being too awesome. Margot will see if she is gone.
3.
Go to an agency. Margot feels that you need more process than just networking. Even if network produces
candidates (e.g. #2 above) you should run them through an agency process.
