I will be Sending an e mail today formally expressing my concerns to Gilbert Luna, with photo's I anticipate meeting a paving rep from MSC (Mountain States Construction) late today to review work. MSC supplied Paving for both White Lakes and Simms Road, I have attached photo's of the surface from White Lakes Road, which by all accounts is a similar application to that of the Ranch. It appears the surface on White Lakes Road is more compact and a smother application than that of the Ranch. We also applied water to the paved section this morning, and this confirms the unevenness of the surface. I have rescheduled my return for Sunday night, arrive Monday SIT.
