As I was reading over all the old files over the last several months it keeps hitting me that we resolved the dock. I think Paul Hoffman may have some of that paper work. Jonathon has not told us how he wants us to resolve the shoreline change. In looking into more depth on the dock, I believe that there may be some confusion. The dock and the pilings were resolved years ago. And there was also a subsequent issue we resolved with the jetty ski dock. I believe the issue may have related to the shade structure rather than the whole dock.
