Derrick was the $2.8M offer that we countered at $3.3M then he went silent, Gary reached out to him, see below,
Geordan's Girl friend and Personal assistant,
Larry,
did not take my call last night. I did not leave a vm, but I sent a text this morning and she has not
replied. I spoke with Derek and they are too focused on a GIVSP to switch back at $3.0.
I asked if it was a hard pass and he said not a hard pass, but $3M was not enough to make them change their
course at the moment. I ran another broadcast this morning and we have received 5 inquiries.
