It concerns the GSJ Island master planning and the architectural design for the Main House and its immediate surroundings including the landscaping. We propose to proceed in two phases : the first stage concerns the studies and design as the moodboards in order to present the architectural and landscaping principles we have in mind, the second stage after the approval of the first one, the 3D renderings. In our fees we indude the presentation of the Phase 1 we would like to make directly to the client in order to initiate a constructive dialogue and of course the required adjustments if any. Finally, for the reference of the Chateau de ('Horizon in South of France, we wish to acknowledge that we appreciate and are very sensitive to this architecture and its spirit, as well as some other projects of the architect Barry Dierks.
