Yesterdays visit from Amy went well. She was shown the structure Jules built at holy shit point from both the water and from land. She recommended that we purchase floating booms and some other items of which she will be forwarding supplier information today. She also recommended that before we start any removal work that all materials be in hand and that she will be sending a letter along with our lawyer to DPNR outlining a schedule for removal so that all involved are aware of what is happening and when. I also showed her all projects currently underway and scheduled to start, such as all trenching for the new desal system, the two new treatment systems, the bunker and the Christmas Cove container structure. With regard to the desal system, I would like to share with her Gemini's site plan that shows all the trenching in detail if that would be acceptable. Also we went over the underwater cable locations on both GSJ and LSJ. I explained the proposed location of the transformers on each island and the idea for trenching on GSJ. The actual underwater path between the islands was discussed along with the actual installation of which Amy is of the opinion we can do it without an expensive large ship due to the direct path and reasonably short length.
