With that said, the Polaris and EZGO/Cushman frames are dipped just like an automobile and then E-coated which is a hard enamel that is baked on. We don't have a lot of rust issues with Polaris. However the items that bolted on, that can't be treated like the frame, I do see surface rust on those parts. Generally rinsing with fresh water regularly will help with any corrosion issues. If we did the rust proofing on this car it would delay the delivery by a week to 10 days. The vehicle will should be built tomorrow afternoon and we still have it scheduled for Wednesday delivery. Please let me know if you want me to get the rust proofing done.
