The bank has secured regulatory approvals from the FDIC, the Fed, and the OCC; and upon completion of integrating their loan system with their core they will officially open for business (30-60 days). The lead investors are Patriot Financial (financial services PE firm), FJ Capital (financial services PE firm), Endeavour Capital (regional and community bank hedge fund), and T.Rowe Price.
