We completed the comments from our meeting with the owner and Mike Glidden and subsequent comments emailed to us by Mike and we have incorporated those into the drawings. We are in the process of printing two hard copies for bidding which will be delivered to Mike, and he will transmit these to the builders. A PDF copy of the bid set dated 03-27-2019 is attached for your reference. The owner also gave direction to go ahead with the permitting process of the Minor CZM permit and Building Permit with DPNR. This is an Additional Service and will be billed at the hourly rates plus reimbursable expenses. We are in the process of preparing these applications along with the required copies of the drawings for submission to DPNR. We are also working on updated concept for the Maintenance Building (now called the "Barn Building") and Bunker Building given the direction from the owner at the last meeting. Based on these updated concepts, I will get final quotes from the Structural and MEP consulting engineers so that I can submit the proposals for EFTA01034887 those two projects. I did not want to submit the proposals without giving the updated concepts to the engineers for review so they can give me their updated costs.
