I think they're worried about us selling it to someone else who they don't love. Jonathan Zittrain, my colleague at Harvard is also one of the best law professors and teaches Torts. ;-) Anyway, he's also working with us and will help in trying to craft something that makes sense for us as well as for them. I assume you don't mind what happens to the place 30-50 years from now right? It is going to be a really beautiful building in a beautiful place if we sort this out.
