I unfortunately can't advise you on the land issues since those are really electrical engineering issues and transmission etc. We can go with what ever works on the land best. We could also do a cable from you existing landing in LSJ to the proposed landing to the west of the house where we were proposing the Great Bay or Red Hook cable come in. It just will be a lot of undersea cable. We're finishing up the WAPA stuff in the next 2 weeks and are going to be planning on submitting in May so we need to decide which way to go. If cost were no object I would definitely content LSJ-GSJ and GSJ-Red Hook that way you have back up no matter what feeder goes down or if they all do. I think we need to pin Hugo down on why he doesn't like the proposed short crossing, and what the cost implications and power implications will be for each one and then we can make a final decision so we can get this permitted.
